Quotes/Bookings

By virtue of the range of cars and services that we offer we do not publish a price list.  We will however provide either a "budget estimate" or "firm quotation" depending upon the amount of information that is available at the time of the enquiry.

Budget estimates may be revisited at anytime as the plan develops.  Firm quotations are generally valid for 7 days but may be extended by agreement.  Once a booking is made a deposit or full payment becomes payable.  Payments can be made by cash, cheque, money order or EFT.  We do not accept credit cards.  Once a deposit is received we will reconfirm the booking and seek any further information available.

Deposits are generally refundable should the event be cancelled more than 3 months ahead.

Balance of payment is required two weeks before the event or cash on the day by prior agreement.

About a week before the event we will contact you to finalise the arrangements.
